How do I book a Las Palmas Resort Condo?
1) Review the rental rates, seasons, and minimum night stays.
Rental Rates - see condo types below (a one-time $62 cleaning fee applies)
Weekly Rates – each 6th night free
Monthly Rates – see our sister company St. George Corporate Housing.
Minimum Night Stays (2 nights except for the dates below) :
4 nights: Presidents’ Day weekend, Easter, Thanksgiving, and UEA (Utah Education Assoc. – mid October).
3 nights: March, April, October, and all holidays not listed above.
Seasons:
Off-Peak: January 1 – February 14
Peak: February 15 – June 30
Off-Peak: July 1 – December 31 (except October and Thanksgiving week)
Peak: the full month of October and Thanksgiving week

All our condos are Las Palmas Resort Condos in Green Valley and include: Full kitchen (fully stocked ready for all your general cooking desires), living room, cable TV and DVD. Free wireless internet access, washer & dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Smoke Free. Linens and etc: bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, lotion, and soap. Amenities: six pools, four spas, tennis, racquetball, basketball, volleyball, exercise room, and playgrounds. Not all condos have full access to the older resort amenities: indoor pool, tennis, racquetball, and exercise. But, every guest has full access to two new Las Palmas Resort pool areas that both have a jacuzzi. One has a shallow end for kids and the other has a waterfall.
