Where are the St. George Corporate Housing condos located?

All the corporate housing condos are located at the Las Palmas Resort complex at Green Valley just 4 miles west of downtown St. George. Click here for a map of Saint George, Utah. Driving directions are sent via email when a reservation is made. The physical address of the complex is:

What are the arrival and departure times? Can I arrive early or depart late?

The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 11am. You may email a request to arrive at 1pm or depart at 2pm. The fee is $25 for each arrival or departure change. Most requests are granted if made at least 24 hours in advance. If a request has not been made and you depart late, you may be charged for an additional night.

How do I check-in to the condo?

All condo are secured by a keyless combination lock. The code and instructions are received via email when you book the condo. There is no front-desk or on-site office. For on-site help, call (435) 275-4419.

Do we have access to all facilities at the Resort?

As a guest of St. George Corporate Housing you have unlimited access to 2 new Las Palmas Resort pool areas, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts. One pool (waterfall pool) and jacuzzi is located behind buildings 9, 10, and 12. The other pool (with a shallow end for kids) and jacuzzi is located behind buildings 17, 18 and 19.   Additionally, you have either full, limited, or no access to the older Green Valley Resort pool area with an indoor pool, exercise room, tennis and racquetball courts. What is the cancellation policy, how am I charged, and how much is the deposit?

Cancellations and changes are accepted without charge up to 10 days prior to the arrival date. Within 10 days, no cancellations are accepted. If you do need to cancel, please
email us with the last name the reservation was made under and the arrival date. We will reply with an emaill, this will serve as proof of your cancellation. The credit card will be charged 5 to 12 days before arrival. If the credit card is not valid and no correction is made 10 days before arrival, the reservation is subject to cancellation. The credit card serves as a deposit and will be charged for missing items, damage to the unit, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.

Do you have rentals for under 30 nights?

We do have vacation rentals. Please see the St. George Vacation Rentals page for more information.

Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?

Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in the complex. We may be able to find 'pet friendly' accommodations at a neighboring complex. Please email us with dates and condo type and mention you are looking for pet friendly accommodations. An additional cleaning fee of $200 applies.

What are the additional charges besides the room rate?

The rates quoted include all charges including utilities, cable, wifi internet, taxes, and access to resort amenities.

Are towels and linens provided? Is there daily maid service?

Yes - towels and linens are provided. The large resort pool area has pool towels available for you. The smaller/newer pool facilities do not. Most of our guests prefer not to have daily maid service as each condo has a washer & dryer. Towels and linens can be refreshed daily or at your request for a fee of $25/day. A complete cleaning service is available on request for $62. Please email a request for these services.

Is high-speed internet access available?

All condos now have free wireless high-speed internet access. The signal is password free and generally is labeled St. George Vacation Rentals. Your computer must have the capability to receive the wireless signal. Please contact support for your computer if you are unsure of its capabilities.

Does the condo include phone use?

No phone service is included with the condo.  For a fee of $80 and $30/month, we can set up phone service for you.  Allow 3 business days for installation. Please email us to obtain a phone rental.

Is an elevator available?

All condos on the second or third floor do have access to an elevator.

Are garages available? Can I park a boat or RV at the complex?

There is plenty of parking at the complex. Garages are available but may or may not be in the same building as your rental. Garages can be rented for $50/month. Please email a request for use of a garage. Unfortunately there is no RV or boat parking at the complex. You may however use the parking facilities at the Sports Village complex right across the street. Their number is (435) 628-3981.

What is the address to send correspondence to the condos and to management?

The condos are not set up to receive mail. We can set the mailbox up for you for a fee of $64 (this may take up to 10 days. The mailing address will be the physical address of the complex followed by the condo number. Please send us an email to set this up. To send mail to St. George Corporate Housing, please email us and ask for our mailing address.

I made a reservation and have not received an email confirmation. What should I do?

Please send an email with the name in which the reservation was made and your phone number. If your check-in date is within one day or you will not have access to your email within one day, please call (435) 275-4419.

Am I guaranteed to stay in the condo I reserved?

Condo changes are infrequent but on occasion, a change is necessary. If a change is required, we will do everything within our control to find an equivalent or better condo at the same or better price.
